Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow is a manual creator-matching service that connects Gold Coast fitness, wellness, recovery and lifestyle businesses with local content creators for paid collaboration campaigns. We are not a platform, marketplace, or agency. We operate as a manual introduction service.

By submitting a business collab request or joining the creator list, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow provides the following services:

• Accepting business collab requests (free to post).
• Manually sourcing and contacting relevant Gold Coast creators on behalf of the requesting business.
• Delivering a shortlist of interested creators with their rates, availability, and content examples.
• Facilitating the booking and payment process between businesses and creators.

We do not guarantee results, follower counts, engagement rates, or sales outcomes. We do not guarantee that any specific creator will be available or willing to accept a collab.

• Posting a brief is free. You only pay if you choose to book a creator from the shortlist we send you.
• Scope and pricing are confirmed in an intro chat between you and the creator, facilitated by CreatorFlow. CreatorFlow adds a 15% service fee on top of the agreed creator rate when quoting the brand.
• Payment is collected after scope is agreed. See the Payment & Delivery page for details.
• Businesses must provide accurate information in their brief. False or misleading information may result in removal from the service.
• Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow reserves the right to decline any brief at its discretion.

• Joining the creator list is free.
• Creators will only be contacted when a relevant paid collab opportunity arises. There is no guarantee of collabs.
• Creators must provide accurate information including starting rates, niche, and location. Starting rates are the payout the creator receives; final scope and price are confirmed before any campaign starts.
• Creator payout (the agreed amount the creator receives) is sent after the agreed content is delivered and proof of delivery has been submitted to Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow.
• Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow reserves the right to remove a creator from the list at any time.

This clause applies to all businesses and creators who are introduced to each other through Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow.

If Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow introduces a business and a creator to each other, including by sharing a creator's handle, name, rates, or content examples in a shortlist, both parties agree that:

• Any collaboration, sponsorship, UGC work, event appearance, ambassador deal, gifted collaboration, or repeat campaign between those introduced parties within 6 months of the introduction date must be arranged through Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow or must include the applicable Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow service fee.
• You agree not to bypass Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow after an introduction has been made.
• If a circumvention is discovered, Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow reserves the right to invoice the business for the applicable service fee and remove both parties from the platform.

This clause is intended to protect the legitimate business interests of Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow as an introduction service. It is specific, reasonable, and limited to a 6-month window from the date of introduction.

• Payment is collected after scope is agreed between the business and creator. See the Payment & Delivery page for the current process.
• Creator payout (the agreed amount the creator receives) is sent after the agreed content is delivered. CreatorFlow's service fee is added on top when quoting the brand.
• All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of any applicable GST.
• Refunds are not available once content creation has commenced.
• In the event a creator fails to deliver agreed content, Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow will arrange a replacement or provide a refund at its discretion.

For UGC campaigns: creators grant the business a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered content for digital marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For Visit + Post and Event campaigns: the creator retains ownership of their posted content. The business may re-share (not repurpose for paid ads) unless a separate licence is agreed.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of business, or failure of a campaign to achieve expected results.

Our total liability to you for any cause of action is limited to the fees paid to Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow for the specific booking in question.

These terms are written to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the ACCC's guidelines on unfair contract terms in standard form contracts, which apply with penalties from 9 November 2023. If any clause is found to be unfair, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. Continued use of Gold Coast Influencers by CreatorFlow after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
