Payment & Delivery

Posting a brief is free for businesses. CreatorFlow's service fee is 15% on top of the agreed creator rate, added when we quote the brand. There are no hidden charges.

Example: if a creator's agreed rate is $500, the brand is quoted $575 (creator rate + 15% service fee).

• Scope and price are agreed in an intro chat between the business and creator, facilitated by CreatorFlow.
• Payment is collected after scope is agreed, not before the intro chat and not before the final price is confirmed.
• Payment is arranged manually. There is no automatic charge or payment integration.
• All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of any applicable GST.

Creator payout means the agreed amount the creator receives after delivery. It is separate from CreatorFlow's service fee.

• Creator payout is sent after the agreed content is delivered and proof of delivery has been submitted.
• Starting rates shown on creator profiles are the creator's payout. Final scope and price are always confirmed before any campaign begins.

Once CreatorFlow introduces a business and a creator, both parties agree to a 6-month non-circumvention period. Any campaign between those parties within 6 months of the introduction must be arranged through CreatorFlow or include the applicable service fee.

Refunds are not available once content creation has commenced. If a creator fails to deliver agreed content, CreatorFlow will arrange a replacement or provide a refund at its discretion.
